looooooooooong holiday to "you.know.where"..

my looooooooooooong holiday had just came to an end yesterdae.. so, where did i go again? yes, the absolute answer is no.anywhere but - BATAM! hahahhahaa!

the feeling of having the.bf and close friends around/ within my work area is pretty comforting and nice! it just makes you feel un-foreign towards this "irritatingly.poor.and.slow" country..

well, to add on, my family came over for a short get away on thurs, and followed by the.bf and friends on friday, and three other friends on sat.. and yes, it was crowded.. luckily, thankfully, blessedly, i had superbly nice drivers and managers on standby to drive my friends and i "everywhere" in batam.. hehe..

batam is infact, boringly small and tiny.. to make matter worst, there's only a couple of shopping malls for shopping activities.. other than that, you've just got to waste your time away.. haha! and im glad my sisters n ahgong did enjoyed their trip this time! haha!

and sincerely, to all my friends out there, pls avoid coming to batam for holiday laaaa... lets go somewhere else.. im super duper uber sick of batam.. i mean apart from the exchange rates and the newly faciliated/decorated ihotel, please avoid coming to batam! =D

well, i'm back to batam for work again.. but i've started to count down for the return on xmas eve! and the first xmas picnic with the.bf and friends!!

and for the.bf's info, this will be the 6th xmas we'll be spending together.. how time flyyys (:

the LOVE for Holiday Inn Resort Batam!

dad and i were invited to a 'business appreciation' night at holiday inn resort on the 14th dec - yesterdae evening.. i felt totally overly appreciated, despite my low contribution to the resort! lol

to sum up the entire experience - awesome!

it was my first time in 21 years and dad's first time in 50 years indulging in french's extravagance cusine! a 6-course dinner that makes you anticipate for "when are they organizing the next appreciation dinner?" haha.. the best course of the dinner was the wahyu steak! speaking of which, im flooding myself with saliva in the office! haha!

well, to add on to the indulgences, dad got lucky and won a one night stay in Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre SINGAPORE!.. the DAD was pretty drunk by that time, and gave that stay to - yours truly! wahahahhas!

im starting to like my job and am definitely going to love holiday inn more! =D
