technician: if the notebook screen cracked due to ur negligence den it will cost s$937.32bucks including gst. if it's out internal cause, we will cover the cost. dont worry, since ur notebook is under warranty till aug2009, we will waive all labour charge..

me: ok.. anw ur technician will always try to make us negligenent for the cause.. that's y u got paid rite?
technician: nono.. they will make the correct judgement..
